This robust tool contains 2 main tools, an affordability calculator and a mortgage calculator. The affordability calculator takes your income and outgoings and uses those to provide an estimate for loan affordability. This application is packed into a small and simple GUI offering user friendly colour schemes. The affordability calculator deducts your outgoings from your income and provides you with a monthly figure to which you have spare, a further 40% is reduced for debt to income ratio.
You can then carry the affordability over to the secured loan calculator to see just how much you could afford a month. Please remember this tool is for reference purposes only and the information provided should always be provided by a qualified financial services adviser.
